CAM membership
To become a member of CAM, please complete the online registration form and submit the membership fee payment at our CAM office. Membership opens the door to community engagement, volunteer opportunities, and networking with others across the Greater Toronto Area. We will contact you in a timely manner once you submit the online membership application.

Annual fees are based on CAM's current published rates. Subject to change without prior notice.
Membership Terms & Conditions
In accordance with Canadian Law regarding confidentiality of personal data, the Chinese Association of Mississauga will only use the member's personal data for internal purposes and will not disclose any personal information to any third-party organizations or association personnel.
The association's membership is on an annual basis, and the membership expires on December 31 of each year.
Once you become a member, the membership fee is non-refundable.
When a member renews, regardless of the renewal date, the expiration date will be December 31 of the same year.
To become a member you must provide valid ID for the association to copy, such as driver's license, PR card, and passport.
Adult membership fee is CAD$30, and seniors 65 and older are CAD$25.
If your membership card is lost or damaged, there is a CAD$5 fee for each replacement.
Members must present their membership cards when participating in any association activities or using association services.
Members participating in any association activities must comply with the relevant regulations of each activity.
If a member engages in any inappropriate behavior or violates the law, the association has the right to expel the member and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Most CAM programs and events are open to the community. Membership is a way to stay more closely connected and support CAM’s work, but it is not required for general participation.
The annual Seniors membership (65 years old and older) is $25, and Adult Membership is $30.
